"I hired Chef Mary for a very important business dinner at our home with an executive and his wife  from our corporate division in Spain. As I was unsure culturally what restaurant would meet their tastes, I was recommended by friends to Chef Mary Falcone, owner of Delectable Fork. After meeting with Mary and explaining my concerns, she planned a wonderful main medley of Shrimp Ceviche, Blackened Ribeye and Veal Saltimbocca.

 

Around that she built some delicious prosciutto and pear flatbreads, but her Italian desserts were the perfect ending to an incredible night. Chef Mary came to our home, prepared everything fresh and timed each course perfectly.
